Here’s how it all works: you place an order, we process it, then we ship!
Ordering only takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days (orders begin processing the next business day). Then your shipping carrier takes it from there.

HOW LONG DOES FREE SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?
Free Shipping can take 10 - 14 business days, though for Domestic (US) orders, it oftentimes takes less than 7 business days for you to receive your order. For orders shipping outside of the US, free shipping typically takes 10 - 14 business days, but can take up to 20 business days for the package to arrive.
HOW LONG DOES FLAT RATE SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?
Flat Rate Shipping can take 7 - 10 business days, though for Domestic (US) orders, it typically takes less than 7 business days. For orders shipping outside of the US, flat rate shipping can take up to 20 business days, but typically takes 10 - 14 business days.
I RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH MY TRACKING INFO, BUT THE SHIPPING COMPANY'S WEBSITE DOESN'S HAVE TRACKING UPDATES YET. WHAT'S UP?
We're SO excited to get your package to you, that sometimes we get a bit ahead of ourselves... Once we process and package your order, your shipping information is automatically uploaded to our system and sent out to you. However, it may take another 24 hours or so for your package to be dropped off to or picked up by the shipping company you chose at time of checkout to deliver your package. Don't worry. Your package is still on its way and once the shipping company scans in your package, tracking will show up through their website. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask us directly by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT?
Not to worry! Be sure to subscribe on the product page to be the notified when it has been restocked!.
DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE IN USD?
We now have the option to shop in the currency of your preference on our website. Simply go to the top right hand side of the screen, and choose your currency! You can now shop in USD, CAD, AUD, GBP and EUR.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We're so sorry about that! While we do our very best to insure this never happens, if you do receive a damaged suit or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately using THIS FORM and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you ASAP!
